Job summary

ON RUNNING is seeking a Store Advisor to be the brand ambassador and primary creator of our premium in-store guest experience. You will master the Cloud CX Premium service model to ensure every guest feels genuinely welcomed, driving brand loyalty and supporting our mission to ignite the human spirit through movement.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you bring 1+ years in retail or customer-facing environments, a growth mindset, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Growth mindset and a passion for learning, with a proven ability to remain resilient and coachable when learning new products or processes.
• Highly reliable and accountable, with a record of consistent performance and adherence to SOPs.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first spirit, ensuring targets are met through engagement and clarifying questions.
• Meticulous eye for detail and presentation, with premium retail execution.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays.
