Job summary

ON in London is seeking a Store Advisor to be the brand ambassador and primary creator of our premium in-store fan experience. You will master our Cloud CX Premium service model by delivering authentic, detail-oriented service that welcomes every guest.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will work nights, weekends and some holidays, bring 1+ year retail experience, strong communication, and a team-first mindset to uphold premium standards and drive brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Growth mindset and a passion for learning, resilient and coachable.
• Reliable and accountable with consistent performance and SOP adherence.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first spirit.
• Meticulous attention to detail and professional presentation.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays.
