Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support retail by performing at high standards of service, authenticity, and brand loyalty. The role emphasizes fan engagement, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in retail or in a customer service-related field
• Understanding of service excellence, with the ability to engage fans, address needs, and provide effective solutions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes and fan experiences
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
