Job summary

ON in London is seeking a Store Advisor to deliver premium, personalized fan experiences in-store and uphold Cloud CX principles. You will report to the Store Leader and help drive brand loyalty through authentic, high-quality service.

With 1+ years in retail or customer service, you will engage fans, address needs, and provide effective solutions while maintaining organized, detail-oriented store operations. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
• Understanding of service excellence with ability to engage fans and provide solutions
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes and fan experiences
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
