Job summary

ON in London is seeking a Store Advisor to be a key player in delivering a premium, personalized fan experience in-store. You will master the Cloud CX philosophy to create wow moments and ensure a smooth, customer-centric operation.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support retail performance with authentic service, driving brand loyalty and a lively in-store atmosphere. The role requires 1+ years in retail or customer service and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Understanding of service excellence with the ability to engage fans, address needs and provide effective solutions.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes and fan experiences.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
