• Communicate technical info effectively for upselling and meet departmental targets.
• Manage workshop repairs and provide regular customer updates.
• Plan and allocate work to Service Technicians for maximum productivity.
• Assist showroom customers with bookings and accessory sales; manage overflow bookings.
