Job summary

Poole Audi is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the vital link between customers and the workshop, delivering a premium aftersales experience. You will keep customers informed throughout service and repair, offer expert advice, and ensure excellent service standards.

Hours are 8:00am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a Saturday rota. A full valid driving licence is essential. The role pays £31,000 base with an uncapped bonus plan, OTE £41,000, plus a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Confident, driven individual with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience within a main dealer aftersales operation is essential.
• Proven ability to deal professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their service and repair journey.
• Communicate and provide regular updates on vehicle progress while in the workshop.
• Explain vehicle faults and repair recommendations confidently and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to upsell essential and urgent repairs.
• Deliver a premium customer experience reflecting our brand and vehicles.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in line with procedures.
