Glasgow Audi is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our on-site Aftersales Team. You will manage MOTs, services and repairs, advise on warranty coverage, and upsell compatible parts or accessories while coordinating with the Aftersales department.

A strong customer-service mindset and team spirit are essential. You will report to the Aftersales Manager and receive in-house brand development training, with potential for progression within the business.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Experience in the automotive Aftersales environment is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a busy dealership team.
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear, concise manner.

Responsabilités

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts or accessories.
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Handling a high-volume of daily customer interactions and calls.
• Communicating turnaround times and updating records accurately.
