Job summary

Lithia UK is seeking a Service Advisor to be the trusted link between customers and the workshop, delivering an exceptional experience while promoting and selling aftersales services that enhance vehicle safety and performance.

In this role you’ll upsell Vehicle Health Checks and service plans, work with skilled Technicians, manage courtesy cars and appointments, and contribute to customer retention through attentive service and clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and a sales mindset
• Strong IT skills including MS Office and dealership systems
• Excellent communication and organisation

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for service customers from check-in to post-visit follow-up
• Understand customer needs and advise on safety repairs and manufacturer recommendations
• Promote and sell Vehicle Health Checks and service plans
• Support customer retention with forward-booking and aftersales solutions
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely repairs and keep customers updated
• Manage courtesy car bookings, deliveries and appointment scheduling
• Build knowledge of products and services to represent the brand with pride
• Inform customers of extras and value products while upselling
