Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for service customers from check-in to post-visit follow-up.
• Understand customer needs and explain recommended repairs and services clearly.
• Promote and upsell service plans and aftersales products.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, quality servicing.
• Manage courtesy car bookings and workshop scheduling to keep operations smooth.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and manufacturer recommendations.
