JH Recruitment & Consultancy are sourcing a Sales Executive for a premium retail business in Warrington. You will manage enquiries from initial contact to sale, delivering high standards of service and building lasting customer relationships.

The role offers a basic salary with a team bonus and significant OTE of £65,000, with weekend and bank holiday work and occasional UK travel to meetings and training. Experience in retail or premium products, a consultative approach, and ability to manage

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales, ideally with premium or higher-value products.
• Consultative approach with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to manage your own sales pipeline and targets.
• Good organisation and IT skills to use CRM and POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and provide advice tailored to their needs.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on enquiries.
• Work towards individual and store sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services.
• Keep customer records and sales activity up to date using the CRM.
• Process orders, payments and associated paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support deliveries and aftersales enquires.
• Help with the day-to-day running and presentation of the store.
• Follow relevant sales, compliance and health and safety procedures.
