Job summary

Furniture Village in Watford is seeking a Sales Consultant to be the face of the store, greet customers, build rapport and understand their needs to create an outstanding end-to-end shopping experience.

This 40-hour weekly role on a rota, including every weekend, offers a competitive package: £25,500 basic and £50,000–£60,000+ OTE with uncapped commission, plus pension, health support, staff discount and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail/sales environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the store and greet customers.
