Method Recruitment Group are working with an established UK housebuilder in Lancashire to recruit a confident, driven Sales Executive. The role offers an OTE of £65,000 with potential extra earnings for strong performance. Experience in new homes sales is ideal, but high-performing salespeople from other sectors will also be considered.

Working days are Thursday to Monday, 10-5, with weekend discussions possible. Join a sales-focused team where targets are celebrated and success is rewarded.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• New homes sales experience preferred but not essential.
• Open to successful salespeople from other industries with drive and ambition.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and enthusiasm for sales.
• Organised, motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective buyers and guide them through the homebuying journey.
• Build relationships with customers from first enquiry through to completion.
• Conduct viewings and showcase available homes.
• Manage enquiries, follow-ups and sales leads.
• Work towards sales targets and maximise opportunities.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the process.
