Optical Express Group in Leeds Kings Street is seeking a Patient Advisor to guide patients through the full journey from initial contact to post-operative follow-up. You will support clinicians, book consultations, and manage payments and administration with a focus on world-class service.

The role is full-time (40 hours) with weekend flexibility, offering an industry-leading salary and comprehensive benefits. Full training will be provided and a strong team culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a patient-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proficient with digital and diagnostic technology.
• Healthcare or high-end retail exposure is preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support patients across all steps of the pathway, building rapport and confidence.
• Deliver warm, professional welcomes and manage first impressions.
• Capture diagnostic scans and communicate features/benefits of our technology.
• Assist in consultations for optometrists or surgeons, in-clinic or virtual.
• Close consultations and schedule surgery and aftercare.
• Manage payments, finance and administrative bookings.
• Meet and exceed individual commercial KPIs.
