Sinclair Group is seeking a Parts Advisor for Jaguar Land Rover Swansea. You will be part of the Aftersales team, assisting customers with parts and accessories, sourcing genuine parts, and supporting workshop technicians to ensure smooth operations.

A customer-focused, well-organised approach and good IT skills are essential. Experience in automotive parts or strong customer service background is beneficial, with opportunities to promote parts and aftersales products and contribute to sales

Formación

• Experience in a parts department or strong customer service background
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Knowledge of Jaguar Land Rover products or the premium automotive sector would be beneficial

Responsabilidades

• Assist retail and trade customers with parts and accessory enquiries
• Identify, source and supply genuine Jaguar Land Rover parts accurately
• Support workshop technicians by ensuring parts are available when required
• Handle telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries professionally
• Promote parts, accessories and aftersales products to maximise sales opportunities
• Manage stock levels and assist with stock control procedures
• Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, returns and warranty items
• Process payments, invoices and parts documentation accurately
• Work towards departmental targets and KPIs
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience reflecting the Jaguar Land Rover brand
