Job summary

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants is seeking an inspiring and driven Learning & Development Manager to join our central support function at our landmark 22 Bishopsgate property. This role spans across four spaces: Lucky Cat, Bread Street Kitchen & Bar, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High, and our Academy.

You will own the development agenda on-site, upskilling front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service, with a focus on coaching, LMS management, and training needs analysis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in premium or fine-dining hospitality.
• Experience conducting training needs analyses and designing/delivering face-to-face and digital learning interventions.
• Experience managing an LMS and HR/learning systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage and deliver onboarding for team members to inspire early engagement.
• Provide active, in-the-moment coaching to elevate service speed, product knowledge and guest engagement.
• Facilitate workshops, product and systems training; design continuous improvement tools via LMS (microlearning, videos, guides).
• Collaborate with People and Operations to identify learning gaps via observation and feedback.
• Champion apprenticeship programs and build a strong pipeline of hospitality talent.
• Track training records and report on learning compliance to senior leaders.
