Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay at 22 Bishopsgate invites an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a premium, fast-paced dining team with a focus on exceptional service and guest experience.

You will partner with the General Manager to recruit, train, and optimise operations across service periods in a landmark setting with stunning city views.

Lucky Cat is one of five unique Gordon Ramsay Restaurant experiences at 22 Bishopsgate and Europe’s tallest restaurant - Asian inspired small plates, Robata grills, sushi and sashimi, exquisitely crafted in the open kitchen and raw bar.
Located on level 60 at 22 Bishopsgate, Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay offers breath taking, unparalleled views across the city.

An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team at Lucky Cat - 22 Bishopsgate.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be expected to:

• Work effectively with the management team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
• Ensure all guests receive the highest levels of service from all members of the team
• Effective management of the floor ensuring the team are fully trained in all aspects of the restaurant and each service runs smoothly
• Lead the team by example; adopting a hands‑on approach, can do, nothing is too much approach
• Ensure any guest queries are handled effectively and professionally and all guests leave with a positive dining experience
• Proactively work and support the General Manager to grow the business.
• Support the General Manager with the recruitment and training of the team and ensure all revenue opportunities are maximised
• Communicate relevant business information regularly, efficiently and concisely to the team

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous management experience within a premium high quality, fast‑paced restaurant environment
• Have a passion for high quality food and delivering the highest levels of service
• Be a clear and concise communicator
• Have the ability to multi‑task effectively
• Have awareness of how to manage costs and increase revenue
• Have the ability to motivate a team and create a strong teamwork ethic
