Job summary

Brother Marcus Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Manager in Central London to own onboarding, training, and development across all sites. You will work closely with the Head of People & Culture to elevate hospitality standards and people growth, with scope for career pathways and internal promotion.

The role demands hands-on design and delivery of training, plus oversight of the learning platform. Regular travel between sites and some evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused L&D experience is essential.
• Management experience in a restaurant setting is required.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs.

Responsibilities

• Own induction and onboarding across sites for new starters.
• Design, write, deliver, and evaluate training including compliance and knowledge.
• Develop career pathways and progression maps for staff.
• Maintain training systems, currency, and audit trails.
• Support recruitment processes and coach managers on hiring.
