Job summary

Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay at 22 Bishopsgate is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to lead a premium drinks program and guest experience.

You will partner with the Bar Manager to train and motivate the team, craft innovative cocktails with premium spirits, and ensure exceptional service in a high-profile venue with breathtaking views. The role offers strong development opportunities within Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.

This position is based on site in London.

Lucky Cat is one of five unique Gordon Ramsay Restaurant experiences at 22 Bishopsgate and Europe’s tallest restaurant - Asian inspired small plates, Robata grills, sushi and sashimi, exquisitely crafted in the open kitchen and raw bar.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Bar Manager to join our team at Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay at 22 Bishopsgate.

What you do as an Assistant Bar Manager:

• You are passionate about developing interesting and innovative cocktails and drinks, working with premium spirits and ingredients
• You support the Bar Manager in leading, developing, and motivating the team to ensure the highest levels of service are consistently delivered
• You pride yourself on having a real flair and passion for service
• You are attentive and proactive with the ability to anticipate the needs of guests, ensuring all guests have a memorable experience
