An educational institution is seeking a dedicated Premises Officer for a part-time role focused on maintaining a safe and secure environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Premises Team at Franklin Sixth Form College. We are looking to appoint a dedicated and proactive Premises Officer to help maintain a safe, secure, and well-presented learning environment for students, staff and visitors. In this key role, you will support the day-to-day operations of a busy college site, contributing to general maintenance, site safety, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:Days and hours of working: Monday to Thursday - 1.30pm to 6.30pm; Friday - 12.30pm to 5.30pm.
The salary range for this role is SFCA Support Staff pay points NJC5 to NJC8, currently £25,159 to £26,343 FTE. As the role is part time, the actual salary is £16,999.32 to £17,799.32 per annum.
