Job summary

Hikvision UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Pre-Sales specialist to support partners through the customer journey, from design to post-sales delivery. You will ensure high-quality technical outcomes, share expertise internally, and help teams deliver value.

The role involves collaborating with partners, conducting demonstrations, training, and providing on-site support across the UK and Ireland as required, with readiness to travel on short notice.

Qualifications

• Fluent with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic networking/IT knowledge.
• Experience in security, CCTV or related tech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the CRM system with accurate data on customers, projects and tickets.
• Collaborate with partners, integrators, and end users to maximise design and utilisation of Hikvision products.
• Scope and propose technical solutions addressing customer requirements and value.
• Identify training needs within partners and customers via sales team requests.
• Pursue additional business opportunities within partners and customers for Hikvision products.
• Support company events including pre-build, installation and staffing.
• Provide on-site technical support to distribution partners and installers in the UK & Ireland as needed.
• Respond to Hikvision technical enquiries and follow up accordingly.
• Resolve technical issues related to Hikvision solutions and liaise with global teams as required.
• Monitor and report on technical support activities and provide management information.
