Job summary
Teltonika in the UK (Salford, Greater Manchester) invites a Pre-Sales Networking & IoT Engineer to join our UK Team within the networking solutions division. You will advise clients on device integration, support complex deployments, and collaborate with our remote team to deliver tailored IoT solutions.
The role requires networking knowledge, clear communication, and willingness to travel for on-site meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience in computer networking and IoT concepts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Linux-based systems and networking protocols.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and events.
- CCNA or similar certification is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Be an expert advisor to employees and clients on devices/solution-related issues.
- Guide integration of Teltonika products into client solutions and resolve challenges.
- Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues from customer configurations or firmware.
- Conduct training sessions for employees and clients on our products and solutions.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external use (e.g., Teltonika Wiki).
- Act as a key link between Teltonika Networks R&D and customers or other departments.
- Work closely with Sales Managers in a customer-facing role, involving travel and on-site meetings.
