Job summary

Diligent is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer in London to support enterprise pre-sales engagements by designing, prototyping, and demonstrating tailored GRC solutions. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to translate complex customer requirements into technical solutions that accelerate deals.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
Strong proficiency in Python, including REST APIs, data handling and transformation, and automation scripts.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Technical Execution: support mid-market and enterprise opportunities; own the technical pre-sales win; design and deliver demos and POCs.
Solution Prototyping & Automation: build demos, automation scripts, and integration examples using Python; showcase data ingestion, API integration, and process automation.
Technical Storytelling: translate complex GRC use cases into clear technical narratives; prepare demo assets and diagrams; present to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align capabilities with roadmap; enablement with reusable demo assets.
