Job summary

Diligent is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer in London to support enterprise pre-sales engagements by designing, prototyping, and demonstrating tailored GRC solutions. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Professional Services to translate complex customer requirements into technical solutions that accelerate deal velocity.

This hybrid role requires 50% office work, with candidates based in London.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong Python proficiency with REST APIs, data handling and automation tooling
• Experience building demo environments or reusable technical tools
• Experience with enterprise or regulated customers

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions to support mid-market and enterprise GRC opportunities
• Own the technical pre-sales win for assigned deals, including solution validation and risk mitigation
• Design and deliver tailored demos, technical deep dives and POCs
