Qualifications

• 3–5 years in an Estimator or QS role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pricing and preparation of tender submissions ranging from £100K to £2.5M.
• Break down project scopes into clear deliverables and develop programmes using supplier lead times.
• Produce detailed Traffic Management Plans considering risks, constraints, and logistics.
• Create structured RFQs and manage end-to-end communications with subcontractors.
• Build comprehensive risk registers and mitigate issues before they arise.
