About The Role: HomeServe are now recruiting for directly employed Plumbing Engineers to join our team! Location: If your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application. - Hull Full Time - 40 hours per week.

You’ll be joining a friendly, multi-disciplinary team that includes GPs, ANPs, Pharmacists, and Nurses, all working together to deliver high-quality patient care. The practice has a positive, inclusive team culture, excellent clinical support, and a genuine focus on professional development. This is an ideal opportunity for a Practice Nurse who wants to combine hands‑on clinical work with leadership and mentoring responsibilities, helping to shape the nursing team and improve patient outcomes.

Salary: £24.00 - £28.00 per hour (DOE). NHS Pension. 6 weeks annual leave. Bank Holidays. Study Leave.

Location: Scarborough, North Yorkshire. The Surgery: Forward‑thinking, single‑site GP Practice.

  • Approx. 10,000 patients – mixed demographic, strong community feel

Your Role
  • Lead Practice Nurse – full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Combination of clinical and leadership duties
  • Focus areas include long‑term condition management (Diabetes, COPD, Asthma, Hypertension), cervical cytology, wound care, immunisations, and health promotion
  • Opportunities to develop nurse‑led clinics and contribute to quality improvement
  • Mentor and support junior nursing staff
  • Structured induction and ongoing training provided
