Job summary

Reed is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead a portfolio and work closely with Directors in Coventry. You will oversee client service delivery, ensure timely review of accounts and tax work, and develop the team to maintain high standards.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership and a collaborative culture with opportunities to influence practice growth and client service quality across the West Midlands.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong accounts review experience essential.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients across sectors.
• Review statutory accounts before Directors sign-off.
• Review corporate and personal tax returns and VAT returns.
• Act as primary relationship manager for clients and conduct meetings.
• Develop and coach junior and senior staff through 1-2-1s and performance reviews.
• Ensure deadlines and compliance are met.
