Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant experience in a UK accountancy practice environment.
• Proven track record of growing a client portfolio and revenue.
• Strong commercial acumen to improve profitability and client value.
• Demonstrated leadership to develop and motivate teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior-level clients.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary senior contact for a portfolio of high-value clients.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention and long-term growth.
• Own portfolio performance including billing, pricing and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and fee income.
• Lead client onboarding and transitions.
• Provide technical guidance on complex accounting matters.
• Mentor client service teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee workflow, resource planning and service delivery standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance and report to senior leadership.
• Contribute to business development and strategic growth plans.
