Job summary

Reed Practice is partnering with a respected independent accountancy firm in Suffolk to recruit an experienced Senior Accountant or Client Manager, with a view to progression to senior leadership. This is a unique opportunity for a commercial practitioner seeking a genuine trajectory.

The role will be hands-on, delivering accounting, tax compliance and advisory services to a diversified client portfolio while building knowledge, relationships and influence for future leadership within the firm.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification is required.
• Senior Accountant/Client Manager level experience in practice.

Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse client portfolio and building long-term relationships.
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for various entity types and associated tax compliance.
• Working with FRS 102 and FRS 105 reporting frameworks.
• Preparing VAT returns and self-assessment tax returns.
