Job summary

Reed Practice is assisting a regional office of a national UK accounting brand to recruit an experienced Accounts Manager. You will oversee client work, lead and motivate the accounts team, and support the Director with day-to-day management so growth initiatives can be pursued.

As a senior team member, you will engage with SME to mid-sized clients, ensure timely delivery of accounting and tax services, coach staff, review work, and delegate workloads to meet deadlines within a close-knit local

Qualifications

• Qualified in UK accounting (AAT/ACA/ACCA) or equivalent experience.
• Experience providing accounting services within a UK practice with knowledge of FRS 102 (section A) and FRS 105.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and provide accounting and tax services.
• Manage, mentor and support the accounts team.
• Review work completed by staff with varying levels of experience.
