Job summary

mydentist is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager for the Lancaster Practice. You will lead a team of practice staff, manage budgets and regulatory compliance, and use financial data to drive commercial decisions.

The role supports growth and outstanding patient care within a busy, 36-40 hour week including some weekend work. You will work closely with the Practice Manager and self-employed clinicians, ensuring excellent patient experiences while developing your leadership skills in a
