Job summary

mydentist is looking for a Practice Manager to join the Southchurch practice in Nottingham. The role involves driving performance, managing a team of receptionists and dental nurses, and overseeing regulatory compliance.

You will interpret financial data to inform commercial decisions and ensure outstanding patient care while meeting budgets and targets. The position is based at our Nottingham site with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in practice management or related role.
• Strong financial management skills including P&L analysis.
• Ability to lead a team and develop people.

Responsibilities

• Drive practice performance with set objectives and budgets.
• Lead a team of practice staff including dental nurses and receptionists, and manage relationships with self-employed clinicians.
• Ensure compliance with regulators and maintain high standards of patient care.
• Interpret financial data including profit and loss to support commercial decisions.
