Youll oversee operations, financials, and facilities, ensuring compliant processes while driving practice growth. The role offers 40 hours per week over 5 days (8:30am-5:30pm) with a supportive team and a bonus scheme based on performance.

About you

• Ahealthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background- experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse isan added bonus, but not essential
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
• Confident working with financials(P&L, KPIs, budgets)
• Focused ondelivering operational excellence: fromfully-functioningequipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
