PortmanDentex is seeking a proactive Practice Manager to lead a multi-surgery private practice in Cheltenham. You will oversee daily operations, ensure patient care excellence, and act as Registered Manager for the site.

We value leaders with healthcare or service-focused backgrounds who can drive performance, manage financials, and foster a compliant, efficient team. 40-hour weeks with competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Healthcare, retail, hospitality, or service-focused background.
• Experience managing a dental practice or leadership as lead dental nurse is a bonus.
• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best.
• Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets).
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: equipment, facilities, and compliant teams.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous team at Cheltenham Pittville Lawn

• 40 hours a week over 5 days
• Core normal practice manager working hours are 8:30-5:30pm
• Practice opening hours Mon8-6pm,Tues8-5pm, Weds 8-8pm,Thurs 8-4pm and Fri 8-3pm
• Competitive hourly rate
• 5-surgery, specialist high level private practice
• Please note that as part of your role,you’llbe the Registered Manager for this practice.

About you

• A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus but not essential
