Job summary

PortmanDentex is seeking a motivated Practice Manager for Coombe Dental Care in Salisbury. The role is 30 hours per week, with some flexibility; ideally full days 8am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.

You will act as Registered Manager, leading the team and ensuring smooth, patient-centered operations. We welcome leaders from healthcare, retail or service sectors with a passion for service delivery, strong people-management skills, and financial acumen (P&L, KPIs, budgets).

Qualifications

• Healthcare, retail, hospitality or similar service-focused background.
• Experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership in a dental setting is a bonus.
• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Able to lead colleagues and optimize performance.
• Confident with P&L, KPIs, budgets.
• Focus on operational excellence and compliant processes.

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous specialist team atCoombe Dental Care in Salisbury

30 hours per week, with some flexibility. Ideally full days between the hours8am-5.30pm Monday to Friday

Supportive and collaborative operations manager and business partners, assisting with overall practice growth and management

Coombe Dental Careis a busy family practice located close to the centre of picturesque Salisbury. Established in 2005 we have a great local reputation for providing good quality care and a wide range of treatments.

Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential

Passionate about delivering great service

Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best

Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)

Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
