PortmanDentex is seeking a Clinic Practice Manager to lead a high-profile 14-surgery private practice on Harley Street, London. You will oversee operations, drive performance, and ensure exceptional patient care across a large, diverse team.

The role requires strong leadership in private healthcare, experience managing a sizeable workforce, and a data-driven approach to budgets and KPIs. An exciting opportunity within a historic private dentistry group.

• Full-time hours available,40 hours per week over 5 days, with occasional Saturday working
• Competitive hourly rate
• 14 surgery fully private practice, with specialisms includingprosthodontics, endodontics, periodonticsand oral surgery, in addition to general dentistry
• Harley Street Dental & Implant Clinic isthe oldest private practice in England and was established in 1924 - it's situated on the site of Florence Nightingale Hospital before she left for the Crimean War
• Large team of around 50 colleagues, all of whom with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support to patients

About you
