Job summary

Dental Beauty Streatham is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead a mixed dental practice in Streatham. The role offers a great opportunity to drive performance, quality of care, and patient experience with strong support from head office.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in a Practice Manager role, be commercially minded, and capable of managing a multi-disciplinary team. Flexible full or part-time options and a competitive salary with bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager in private or mixed practice.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver patient care.
• Commercial focus with ownership of P&L and practice performance.
• Knowledge of CQC and compliance requirements in dental settings.
• Experience with Dentally software preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth, compliant running of the dental practice with patient safety as priority.
• Deliver excellent patient service and quality of care aligned with company strategy.
• Provide guidance to the team to improve performance and skills.
• Plan and drive income targets while monitoring profitability (P&L).
• Lead KPI reviews and support clinicians to meet Private/NHS targets.
• Resolve issues promptly with support from head office functions.
• Deliver staff training, hold regular 1-1s and performance reviews.

Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be opening a search for an experienced Practice Manager to join our highly reputable mixed dental practice, Dental Beauty Streatham. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated practice team that won team of the year in our recent annual awards, alongside the practice Partner, Dr. Kunal Patel

Dental Beauty Streathamis an award-winning practice located near to Brixton Hill. Since we acquired the practice in early 2025, it's built a great reputation for offering a wide range of mixed dental & aesthetic treatments. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst leading a fantastic practice team. You will receive a great deal of support from our head office functions & operational teams from day one in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of your dental practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times
• Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
• Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
• Plan & driving income targets for the practice, along with ensuring performance in line with profit & loss targets - a commercial focus is key for the role
• Monitoring & leading on KPI reviews, P&L calls & supporting clinicians to achieve Private/NHS practice targets
• Dealing promptly with any issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions
• Deliver staff training and development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance managing

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• We are ideally looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager, within a private or mixed practice
• We may also be open to considering applicants with management experience in other sectors such as healthcare, retail & hospitality
• Must be commercially savvy, taking ownership of the practices P&L accounts, understanding areas for development & improvement
• Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring all are working in harmony to deliver a fantastic patient experience
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
• Ensuring CQC & other compliance requirements are met at all times
• Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service

• Highly competitive salary from £35,000 P/A, with potential flexibilitydepending on experience & advanced qualifications - there may be scope for negotiation for the successful candidate
