PortmanDentex is seeking a proactive Practice Manager for Coombe Dental Care in Salisbury. The role focuses on leading a patient-centric team, overseeing daily operations, and driving efficient practice performance.

Ideal candidates have healthcare or service background with leadership experience and comfort managing financials, budgets, and KPIs. The role offers 30 hours weekly with flexible scheduling and a salary commensurate with experience.

• Experience leading a team or as a lead in dental settings is a bonus.
• Passionate about delivering great service to patients.
• Confident with financials (P&L, budgets, KPIs).

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous specialist team atCoombe Dental Care in Salisbury

30 hours per week, with some flexibility. Ideally full days between the hours8am-5.30pm Monday to Friday

Competitive salary dependent on your experience

Supportive and collaborative operations manager and business partners, assisting with overall practice growth and management

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential

Passionate about delivering great service

Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best

Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)

Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
