Portman Smile Clinic in Horsham is seeking a motivated Practice Manager to lead a specialist orthodontic team. The role covers NHS and private patients, with full-time hours (34 per week over 4 days) and a competitive hourly rate of £18.36.

You’ll be Registered Manager for the practice, supported by operations managers and business partners, with focus on service quality, financials, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background with experience managing a dental practice (or leadership as a lead dental nurse is a bonus).
• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best.
• Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets).
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: fully functioning equipment and facilities, a compliant, process-driven team.
