23 Cosmetic Dental Clinic in Morpeth is seeking a motivated Practice Manager to lead a private, established practice. You will manage a friendly team and oversee general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and implants while ensuring an excellent patient journey.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, and a competitive salary dependent on experience. You will report to the Operations Manager and work with Business Partners to drive

We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our welcoming team at 23 Cosmetic Dental Clinic in Morpeth.

• Full-time position – 40 hours per week
• Working pattern: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, working flexibly between 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Competitive salary – dependent on experience
• Fully private practice
• Established for over 25 years, with a trusted reputation for delivering exceptional patient care
• Lead a modern, purpose-built practice with two ground-floor surgeries
• Manage and support a highly experienced, friendly team in a collaborative environment
• Oversee a practice providing a wide range of treatments, including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and dental implants
• Work closely with a supportive Operations Manager and Business Partners to drive practice performance, team development, and continued growth
• Play a key role in maintaining an exceptional patient journey while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

Please note that as part of your role,you’llbe the Registered Manager for this practice.
