Job summary

PortmanDentex invites applications for a Practice Manager role at Whitehall Dental Care, Drighlington. This full-time position covers 40 hours over five days, with shifts 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

The role includes managing operations, finances, and people in a purpose-built practice with a private patient base. You will be the Registered Manager, overseeing practice growth and ensuring high standards of patient care while leading a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background; experience managing a dental practice is a plus.
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best.
• Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets).
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: fully functioning equipment and facilities, compliant processes and a strong team.
