PortmanDentex in Cheltenham is seeking a motivated Practice Manager for a 5‑surgery private practice. You will lead daily operations, ensure excellent patient care, and drive financial and operational excellence across the site.

As Registered Manager for this Cheltenham Pittville Lawn practice, you’ll oversee a team, manage equipment and facilities, and ensure compliant processes while delivering outstanding service to patients and colleagues alike.

• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on patient care.

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous team at Cheltenham Pittville Lawn

• 40 hours a week over 5 days
• Core normal practice manager working hours are 8:30-5:30pm
• Practice opening hours Mon8-6pm,Tues8-5pm, Weds 8-8pm,Thurs 8-4pm and Fri 8-3pm
• Competitive hourly rate
• 5-surgery, specialist high level private practice
• Please note that as part of your role,you’llbe the Registered Manager for this practice.

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

• A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus but not essential
• Passionate about delivering great service
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
• Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
