PortmanDentex is seeking a proactive Practice Manager for the Stanmore - Family Dental Care location. The role is full-time, 40 hours over five days, with typical 8.30am-5.30pm shifts.
You will lead a specialist team, ensure high-quality patient care, manage finances (P&L, KPIs, budgets), and drive practice growth. You’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice and work closely with operations partners.

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous specialist team atFamily Dental Care in Stanmore
Full-time hours available, 40 hours per week over 5 days with typical shifts of 8.30am-5.30pm.
Competitive salary dependent on your experience
Conveniently located less than 15 minutes’ walk from Stanmore Station and Canons Park Station
Supportive and collaborative operations manager and business partners, assisting with overall practice growth and management
Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.
About you
We’d love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential
Passionate about delivering great service
Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
