Job summary

PortmanDentex is seeking a proactive Practice Manager for Circus Orthodontics in Bath. You will lead a 3-surgery private orthodontic practice, oversee daily operations, and drive service excellence while managing P&L and KPIs.

The role requires strong leadership and a patient-centric approach. You will collaborate with the operations team to ensure compliant processes, robust equipment, and a welcoming patient experience.

• Experience in healthcare/retail/hospitality or service-focused background, with dental practice leadership preferred

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous specialist orthodontic team at Circus Orthodontics in Bath.

• Full-time hours available, 40 hours per week over 5 days with typical shifts of 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday - there is some flexibility with hours.
• Competitive salary from £38,000 dependent on your experience
• 3-surgery specialist Orthodontic practice, caring for private patients
• Supportive and collaborative operations manager and business partners, assisting with overall practice growth and management
• Beautiful practice in the centre of Bath

Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.

About You

• A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential
