Job summary

PortmanDentex, The Liverpool Brace Place in Liverpool, is seeking a motivated Practice Manager to lead clinical and non-clinical teams within a highest-standard dental context. You will oversee daily operations, drive patient care excellence and ensure financial and regulatory compliance.

As Registered Manager for the practice, you will coordinate with orthodontists and implant specialists while supporting growth and service quality across the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in general and ortho dental or have a private commercial background.
• Healthcare, retail, hospitality, or service-focused background in managing a practice.
• Experience leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best.
• Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets).
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: fully-functioning equipment and compliant team.

Shift Pattern Monday- 7:45- 4:45, Tuesday-7:45-4:45, Thursday-7:45-4:45, Friday-7:45- 4:45

• Competitive salaryrate from£35,000 per year
• General & cosmetic dental practice with specialist orthodontists and specialist implantologists
• Supportive and collaborative operations managerand business partners,assisting with overall practice growth and management

Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.
