PortmanDentex in London’s Harley Street Dental & Implant Clinic is seeking a proactive Practice Manager. You will lead a patient-centered team, drive operational performance, and manage financials to support growth.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with some Saturday cover. We welcome candidates with healthcare, retail, or service leadership experience, and a track record in managing a dental practice or other people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a dental practice or strong leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and support colleagues to perform at their best.
• Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets).
