Job summary

PortmanDentex is seeking a motivated Practice Manager to join Elleven Dental Wellness in London. Full-time, 40 hours per week over 5 days, with typical shifts from 8.30am to 5.30pm. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £20 per hour in a fully private specialist practice.

As Registered Manager, you will lead a people-focused team, drive practice growth and ensure smooth operations, equipment, facilities and compliance. This is a dynamic opportunity in central London.

Qualifications

• Healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background; dental practice management experience is an added bonus but not essential.
• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best.
• Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets).
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team.

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous specialist orthodontic team at Elleven Dental Wellness in London.

• Full-time hours available, 40 hours per week over 5 days with typical shifts of 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
• Competitive hourly rate from £20p/h
• Fully Private Specialist Practice
• Supportive and collaborative operations manager and business partners, assisting with overall practice growth and management

Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.

About you

• A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential
• Passionate about delivering great service

• Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
