Whitehall Dental Care in Drighlington is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a busy dental team and drive service excellence. You will oversee daily operations, staff performance and patient experience in a fully private practice.

The role requires strong leadership, healthcare/service background, and ability to manage P&L, KPIs and budgets. A collaborative Operations Manager and business partners support you as the practice grows, with a comprehensive benefits package.

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous team at Whitehall Dental Care in Drighlington.

• Full-time hours available, 40 hours per week over 5 days with typical shifts of 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
• Competitive hourly rate from £16p/h
• Free parking available close to the Practice
• 4 surgery fully private practice in a beautiful listed building. Long-standing, cross-generational patient base, and a very established team.
• Supportive and collaborative operations manager and business partners, assisting with overall practice growth and management

Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

• A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential
• Passionate about delivering great service
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
• Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
