mydentist is seeking a Dual Site Practice Manager in Hereford to oversee the upcoming merger of two sites into a brand new 14-surgery practice. You will drive performance, manage budgets, and lead a team of dental nurses and receptionists while liaising with self-employed clinicians.

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
