Job summary

mydentist Ashington is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a busy, training dental practice. This full-time position (40 hours weekly) includes managing a sizeable team and coordinating care across NHS and Private treatments.

You will drive performance, oversee budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and interpret financial data to guide commercial decisions in the UK\'s leading dental network. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Clinical knowledge would be extremely beneficial.

• Experience with managing budgets and working towards targets.

Responsibilities

• Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care and meeting financial targets.
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, while managing the contractual relationships with self-employed clinicians.
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of regulators.
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions.

You'll be joining us at our Ashington practice on a full time basis - 40 hours per week.

Your future in the Ashington practice:

• Busy 8 Surgery Training Practice.
• Offering a variety of NHS and Private treatments.
• Managing a large, friendly and supportive team
• This is a training practice for New and Overseas dentists and Therapists as well as Dental Nurses from the NHS Dental Hospital.
• On site parking, close to public transport routes and local amenities.
